Metal levels, explained

Every Antidote plan covers the same essential health benefits. The metal level decides how much of the cost the plan picks up when you get care. Antidote's 2027 Ohio plans will be offered at several metal levels, with plan prices available a few days before Open Enrollment starts on November 1.

Bronze

A Bronze plan pays for about 60% of your care. The monthly cost is low, but you pay more when you see a doctor.

Silver

A Silver plan pays for about 70% of your care. The monthly premium cost is in the middle.

Gold

A Gold plan pays for about 80% of your care. The monthly cost is higher, but you pay much less when you get care.

When can I enroll?

Open Enrollment runs from November 1, 2026 - January 15, 2027. If you want health coverage to begin on January 1, 2027, you must enroll by December 15, 2026.

What do I get when I sign up?

You'll receive an email confirming you've signed up. Then, we'll let you know when plans are available to preview on our site and when Open Enrollment starts so you can enroll in a plan.

Where are Antidote plans available?

Antidote plans are available in select counties in Arizona, Georgia, Ohio and Texas.

Is this Antidote or the Health Insurance Marketplace?

Antidote is a health insurance company. The Health Insurance Marketplace® is the website where many people shop for and enroll in health insurance. Depending on your situation, you may enroll in an Antidote plan through the Marketplace or directly with Antidote.

Do I have to use virtual care?

No. Antidote plans include access to virtual care, but you can also see in-network doctors and specialists in person. Virtual care is simply another convenient option when it fits your needs.

How do I stop messages?
