Chief Product Officer

Position Summary
The Chief Product Officer (CPO) is responsible for defining and evolving the end-to-end member experience to validate the HMO’s product strategy and achieve continuous product growth. Working in close partnership with various teams, the CPO leads product efforts to support Antidot’s vision of healthcare as a human right, drives engagement and efficiency, shapes the clinical and service journey, and guides members toward high-quality, cost-effective care while advancing enrollment growth and retention.
The CPO drives cross-functional collaboration to ensure that internal teams—including Operations, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, Clinical, and Legal—are aligned in delivering a seamless experience to key stakeholders such as members, providers, brokers, and regulators. The overarching goal is to provide a product that is disruptive, competitive, compliant, financially sustainable, and centered on measurable improvements in health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Member & Provider Experience
- Design and enhance the member experience journey, from enrollment to onboarding, care navigation, and renewal.
- Drive initiatives that connect members with high-value care through digital and in-person navigation strategies.
- Ensure provider-facing solutions are optimized for efficiency, value-based care participation, and ease of use.
Innovation & Digital Enablement
- Lead the development and scaling of digital and AI tools, platforms, and engagement solutions that personalize and enhance the member experience.
- Champion innovation in areas such as virtual care, care navigation, population health engagement, and social determinants of health.
- Translate consumer insights and analytics into actionable enhancements to product functionality and delivery.
Product Strategy & Execution
- Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap across individual and group lines of business.
- Refine the organization's product positioning and feature strategy based on member needs, competitor insights, and market feedback.
- Utilize data-driven and hypothesis-driven iteration to continually refine product-market fit.
Growth, Compliance & Performance
- Oversee enrollment growth and retention strategy, in coordination with Sales and Marketing.
- Track and manage key product performance indicators, including member satisfaction, utilization rates, cost trends, and contribution margins.
- Maintain and support compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations (e.g., CMS, ACA, rules), including oversight of product-related regulatory submissions and audit readiness.
Required Qualifications
- Experience — 10+ yrs in product leadership roles in digital, consumer, or healthcare industries; proven ownership of a multi-state, multi-line product portfolio.
- Consumer & Digital Mindset — Demonstrated success launching data-driven, tech-enabled products that improve engagement and outcomes.
- Leadership Skills — Executive presence, cross-functional influence, and ability to translate vision into disciplined execution.
Preferred Competencies
- Experience integrating AI/analytics into product features.
- Lean/Agile product development certification or a similar qualification.
- Strong understanding of social determinants of health and equity-focused benefit design.

- Product speed‑to‑market (cycle time)
- Net Promoter Score (NPS) / CAHPS / STAR ratings
