Antidote Health is a startup on a mission to create a smart, digital and AFFORDABLE HMO in the US. We are developing comprehensive health solutions, encompassing both medical services and health insurance, with a focus on reducing healthcare costs through proactive member health management. We are developing our product in a way that will make it easy for our members to manage their health. They can get a video call with our doctors, receive prescriptions and referrals for labs of specialist from the app, track their test results and much more. We created a decision support system for our physicians and use our data to give insights both to the patients and the doctors in order to have preventive care.

About the role:

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with strong experience in Python, SQL, and working within cloud environments—preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare data analysis, with prior experience or education in epidemiology considered a major advantage. Responsibilities include data extraction, transformation, and visualization to support decision-making and research initiatives. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to derive insights from complex datasets, ensuring data quality and compliance with healthcare standards.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Background in healthcare data or epidemiology (strongly preferred)
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
