Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Compliance to lead Antidote Health’s enterprise-wide compliance efforts. This role is responsible for implementing our Corporate Compliance Plan, managing day-to-day compliance activities, and fostering a culture of integrity and accountability across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership
- Lead the execution of Antidote’s Corporate Compliance Plan, ensuring alignment with federal and state regulations.
- Chair the monthly Compliance Committee and oversee issue tracking and resolution.
- Collaborate with operational teams to prevent, identify, and mitigate compliance risks.
Policy & Training
- Develop and maintain compliance-related policies and procedures.
- Ensure completion of annual compliance training and adherence to Antidote’s Code of Conduct.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Establish systems for detecting, investigating, and resolving compliance concerns.
- Provide regular reports to the Chief Legal Officer and Board of Directors on compliance activities and outcomes.
Risk Assessment
- Conduct periodic compliance risk assessments and develop work plans and metrics based on findings.
- Monitor regulatory developments and update the compliance framework accordingly.
Qualifications
- JD, MBA, or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- 7–10 years of experience in healthcare compliance, preferably within a licensed insurer or managed care organization.
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA, CMS, and ACA regulations, NCQA, and state-level healthcare regulations.
- Proven leadership in building and managing compliance programs.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Outstanding ability to work collaboratively across the organization.
