About the role
We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager who will empower our engineering teams to deliver high-quality results efficiently, enhance development velocity, and promote the adoption of effective processes.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, execution, and stakeholder management, and who can support the development of high quality product in high intensity environment, bring clarity, structure, and improve measurements and predictability.
Responsibilities
Drive Agile processes across engineering teams, facilitate ceremonies, monitor OKRs/KPIs, and ensure continuous improvement.
Maintain project transparency through structured documentation, progress tracking, delivery metrics and risk management.
Coordinate dependencies, risks, and timelines across global teams to ensure alignment with business priorities
Ensure high‑quality, on‑time execution by identifying blockers and bottlenecks early and enabling efficient decision‑making.
Drive adoption of best practices in project tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication
Lead knowledge management processes for the R&D
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in technical program management within software organizations, preferred startups.
- Strong understanding of software development processes, APIs, integrations, and cloud‑based architectures.
- Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban delivery methods, along with the practical skill to adapt these frameworks as needed
- Proven track record of leading complex cross‑functional programs with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate complexity into clarity.
- Ability to lead without authority and build trust across engineering and business teams.
- Experience in the US healthcare industry - Advantage
- Proficient in English
