Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Vice President of Operations to join our executive team and report directly to the Chief Operations Officer (COO). The VP of Operations will be responsible for driving operational excellence, scalability, and cross-functional alignment across the organization. This role is critical to our success, ensuring that we deliver on our promise of accessible, high-quality care as we continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• ‍Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the COO and other senior executives to develop and execute operational strategies that align with Antidote Health's overall goals.‍
• Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance across all departments. This includes managing clinical operations, customer support, network development, and provider relations.‍
• Process Improvement and Scalability: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and prepare Antidote Health for future growth. This involves leveraging technology and automation to streamline workflows.‍
• Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing operations team. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.‍
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategies that support growth, profitability, market competitiveness, seamless service delivery, and a superior patient/member experience.‍
• Performance Management: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and drive improvements.‍
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with healthcare regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Strategic Planning and Project Management, with a track record of driving successful initiatives and achieving business goals.
• Experience in Customer Service management, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences and satisfaction.
• Excellent leadership, team collaboration, and communication skills to work effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
• Proven experience as a VP of Operations or in a similar senior leadership role, preferably in a health plan or the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, including clinical workflows, regulatory requirements, and technology platforms.
• Demonstrated experience in scaling operations in a high-growth startup environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
