Review and compare a list of plans, based on your eligibility. Then select the Antidote plan that’s right for you and your family.

Your Coverage Starts
After enrolling in a plan, you will receive a welcome letter in the mail containing your new ID card. You can also find all of your insurance-related information in our app or member portal.*
*Percentages are approximate; deductibles, co-payments, and coinsurance vary by plan and metal tier.
**For enrollment during Open Enrollment, coverage starts on January 1, 2024. For all other enrollments based on qualifying life events, coverage starts the 1st of the month following enrollment.
