Head of Product Growth

You are an experienced, mission-driven team member who can flex and adapt to the shifting circumstances of an early-stage startup. The Head of Product Growth role is responsible for driving the product-market fit of a telehealth-first health insurance product. Antidote will launch on the ACA Healthcare Exchange in multiple states in 2025. Specifically, you will design and implement innovative solutions that enhance the shopping and enrollment experience, drive member engagement, and contribute to our overall growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and articulate a clear vision for product features and the insurance product line, focusing on improving the shopping and enrollment experience, driving engagement, and supporting growth.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, customer needs, and regulatory environment.
  • Product Development and Management: Maintain a sense of urgency to launch a roadmap of products. Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of product development, from ideation through launch and iteration, to ensure products meet market needs and company goals.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Drive collaboration between engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer service teams to develop and implement product strategies. Work with marketing to develop copies, narratives, and experiences that further the product vision.
  • User Experience and Design: Oversee and perform the design and user experience of products, navigate around user cognitive biases, conduct user testing before implementation, and design and conduct A/B tests after launch to ensure user-friendly experiences and enhanced customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to shopping, enrollment, engagement, and growth, making data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and advocate for user needs.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure products comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to health insurance.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for product development projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of the health insurance marketplace, customer behaviors, and regulatory environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and projects.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and user-centered design principles.
