Medical Note Policy

Medical Notes are given in the full professional, medical discretion of Antidote clinicians, based on your medical condition only.
Antidote Health clinicians will make a decision after seeing the patient via video visit, and only to the patient seen by the clinician, and not to other family members or caregivers.
Medical Notes can only be issued for a period of up to five (5) days off work or school, which can include up to two (2) days prior to the visit.
Medical Notes cannot be issued retroactively, and can only be given for an acute and current medical issue or condition.
Medical Notes will not be given more than twice within one month period, for the same medical issue or condition.
Medical Notes do not include and cannot include the diagnosis and other private medical information.
