Position Overview

This is a senior, broad role working closely with the Chief of R&D and the R&D leadership team, and it will shape how R&D scales as we grow. You'll work with engineering and product teams in Israel, Georgia, and the US, and with business stakeholders across the company.

We're looking for an R&D Operations Manager to run how Antidote's R&D organization operates: planning, process, measurement, delivery coordination, and the systems that let a growing organization move fast without breaking. Squad leads own their squads' delivery. You make sure the whole organization works as one. That covers turning priorities into plans, running the leadership operating rhythm, and personally leading the most critical cross-squad initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership Partnership

• Partner with the Chief of R&D and R&D leaders to turn vision and priorities into executable plans and represent R&D in cross-functional and leadership forums.
• Run R&D’s operating rhythm, including leadership meetings, agendas, decisions and owners, and follow-up through completion.

Process, Measurement, and Culture

• Own the development process end to end, from intake through planning, development, testing, release, and retrospectives, and continuously improve it.
• Partner with squad leads so each squad tracks, presents, and acts on its own metrics for delivery speed, predictability, and quality, making data-driven improvement part of R&D culture.

Cross-Squad Delivery and Major Projects

• Own cross-squad coordination and give leadership one reliable view of what’s on track, at risk, or slipping.
• Project-manage R&D’s most critical initiatives: own the plan, milestones, and deadlines; drive accountability through syncs and follow-ups; run risk and mitigation analysis; and report status to stakeholders.

Reporting and Tooling

• Lead a rebuild of how Engineering works in Monday.com, aligning it with the development process and building squad-level dashboards for delivery speed, quality, and predictability.
• Own R&D’s KPI reporting, executive updates, and leadership materials.

Qualifications

Required

• 10+ years of experience in software or technology companies, including 7+ years in R&D operations, technical program management leadership, or engineering management.
• Proven experience working closely with senior R&D leadership and operating across planning, delivery, process, and people.
• Track record of leading large, cross-functional initiatives with hard deadlines.
• Proven experience building processes and metrics across multiple teams that were adopted and measurably improved delivery.
• Hands-on experience structuring workflows, automations, and dashboards in a work-management tool for engineering teams. Monday.com is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve processes, delivery, and efficiency.
• Strong technical background with the ability to engage credibly with engineers and team leads on technical trade-offs.
• Executive-level communication skills and strong professional English for working with U.S.-based leadership.

Preferred

• Experience within a regulated industry, such as healthcare, insurance, or fintech.
• Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones.

What Success Looks Like

• First month: Monday.com is rebuilt around the improved development process, with squad-level dashboards live.
• First 90 days: R&D’s operating rhythm is established, with squads regularly reviewing and acting on their own metrics.
• 6–12 months: R&D delivers predictably at a larger scale, squads independently manage their metrics, and leadership time has shifted from operations toward strategy.
