Position Overview

This full-time hybrid position, based in the New York, is for the Head of Compliance at Antidote Health. The role involves leading and overseeing all aspects of the company’s compliance program to ensure adherence to regulatory and legal requirements. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining compliance policies, conducting internal audits, identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring regulatory updates and their application, and fostering a culture of ethical practices across the organization. The Head of Compliance will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external regulators to maintain a compliant and ethical operational environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Compliance Management, including developing and implementing compliance programs and policies.
  • In-depth knowledge of Regulatory Compliance, Legal Compliance, and applicable laws and regulations within the health insurance and healthcare industries.
  • Proven experience and proficiency in Regulations analysis and ensuring operational alignment with governing frameworks.
  • Strong Analytical Skills for identifying risks, problem-solving, and conducting compliance assessments efficiently.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills to guide and collaborate with teams and stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, mission-driven organization, with a focus on ethical integrity and teamwork.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or another relevant field; advanced degree (e.g., JD or MBA) is a plus.
  • Experience in health insurance and/or the healthcare industry is preferred.

Compensation: $160,000 to $200,000 per year plus benefits and incentives.
