Getting Started
To get started, call us or click on Get a Quote, pick your preferred plan, and follow the steps to sign up. If you'd like guidance, our Enrollment team is happy to walk you through enrollment. Contact them at 1-888-302-4123, or you can speak with your local broker.
Yes, you can cover your spouse, partner, and children under 26 so everyone has access to care.
Your coverage usually kicks in on your selected plan start date, which you'll find in your Antidote Member Portal or Antidote App once you enroll.
Your plan works like a traditional health insurance plan with coverage for in-person visits and care. You also receive virtual primary and urgent care visits, prescription benefits, and access to mental health support.
Yes. Creating your Antidote Member Portal account is required to access care, view plan documents, and manage your benefits.
Yes, we'll send your ID card by mail before your plan starts, and you'll have access to a digital version in the Antidote App under "Profile."
If you enrolled through the on-exchange, Health Insurance Marketplace, please contact Healthcare.gov directly to request plan cancellation.

Antidote Complete and Elite plans includes $0 virtual visits with your Antidote virtual Primary Care Provider (PCP)—so you can get help without leaving your couch.*
Most plans cover many generic and brand-name medications. Some even include $0 copay prescriptions. Use our Medication Search to see what's included for your plan.
Dental and vision aren't automatically included. Some plans offer the option to purchase with dental coverage. Check your Plan Details or talk to Member Services for more info.
Use our Provider Directory online to search for your doctor or specialist and confirm they're in-network.
If they're in our network, yes. Otherwise, you'll need to select another provider from our network.
The "Claims" section of your Member Portal and app is updated in real time. You can check payment history and claim status whenever you like.
No. A referral is NOT required to see a specialist. However, your Antidote virtual PCP can help determine next steps and submit a referral when appropriate.
Billing & Payments
You can pay online through your Member Portal or set up automatic payments for extra peace of mind.
We'll send you a reminder if you miss a payment. It's important to pay on time, so contact Member Services if you need help to avoid any gap in coverage.
Absolutely! Just enroll in auto-pay through your Member Portal and your premium will be paid automatically.
To stop automatic payments, please contact Antidote Health Member Services for assistance.
To change your automatic payment method, please contact Antidote Health Member Services for assistance. You are unable to change your payment method online at this time.
Care Access
Simply log in to the Antidote Member Portal or Antidote App, select "See a clinician," and book your appointment—it only takes a few clicks.
Yes. Reach out to Member Services and they'll help you make the switch.
For life-threatening emergencies, always call 911 or go to the nearest ER. Your safety comes first.
Virtual PCP visits are completed through a secure video visit with an Antidote provider in the Antidote Member Portal. Your PCP can assist with routine care, prescriptions, referrals, and ongoing health needs.
