Pay Your First Month's Premium
Keep your coverage up and running by paying your first premium. Once your invoice arrives, you can make your payment directly through the Antidote Member Portal or Antidote App. It’s quick, easy, and ensures uninterrupted access to your benefits.

Take your healthcare on the go! The Antidote App gives you access to your health plan, virtual care, and more. Anytime, anywhere. Best of all, it’s completely free.
Fill Out the Health History Form
Help us understand your health needs by completing your health history form. This short questionnaire helps your dedicated Antidote Virtual Primary Care Provider (PCP) build a personalized care plan just for you. You can find the health history form in the Antidote Member Portal or the Antidote App.

Meet your provider and start your care! Every Antidote member gets a dedicated Virtual Primary Care Provider who’s here to guide you through your healthcare needs.
