Your first visit includes a diabetes control assessment to see how you’re doing, and then your Antidote virtual provider makes a care plan just for you to keep you on track. This plan ensures you're actively involved in your treatment while receiving the expert support you deserve.
To join the Diabetes Care Program, you must have a diagnosis of diabetes and a willingness to follow a personalized care plan designed by virtual providers.
