About the Program
Taking care of your mental health is just as important as physical health. With this program, your virtual Primary Care Provider (PCP) looks beyond your physical health and symptoms to understand your overall health.
You’ll receive care that’s accessible, convenient, and tailored to your needs. Many enjoy the inherent privacy that comes with virtual mental health visits. After meeting with the virtual provider, you'll receive a diagnosis and treatment plan, and if needed, a prescription for medication, which may be as low as $0.****
We treat both your mental and physical well-being, giving you the support you need to feel your best.
Our Approach to Supporting our Members’ Mental Health
Our virtual providers use Enhanced Evidence-Based Care (EEBC) for mental health treatment. Traditional mental health services often lack measurable progress, leaving patients unsure if their treatment is working. EEBC uses science, expert advice, and patient preferences to make care decisions. Unlike old methods that guess what might work, this approach focuses on treatments that are proven to help. Here’s how it’s different:
Data-driven tools
These tools make sure you get effective support.
Personalized care
Treatments are made just for you.

Regular check-ins
Your progress is reviewed often, and plans are updated if needed.
Teamwork
You help decide what works best for your care.
With EEBC, you can feel good knowing your treatment is based on research and fits your needs. In one study, patients using EEBC were 30% more likely to respond to treatment compared to those receiving standard care.^^

****$0 copay is applicable for select generic drugs that are featured on the $0 Core Drug List and the $0 Advanced Drug List. $0 copays are available on certain chronic condition drugs with the $0 Advanced Drug List. Some $0 copay medications may need to be prescribed by an Antidote provider to qualify. Please see the appropriate drug list for the most up to date information and pricing.
^$0 copay applies to Tier-1 primary care provider (PCP) visits, up to 4 visits/plan year. When referred by an Antidote Health clinician, PCP visits are $0 regardless of Tier designation. Without a referral, the standard PCP copay applies. Referrals may be limited when the requested service can be provided directly by an Antidote clinician or when a referral is not considered medically necessary. Members may choose to self-refer; however, doing so will result in the Tier-1 or Tier-2 copay applying. Specialist referrals are discounted based on Tier designation. See plan details for more information.
