How do I follow up on my Quest Diagnostics referral?
Once you’ve been referred to a Quest Diagnostics facility, it’s time for you to get your test.
You can schedule an appointment on the Quest Diagnostics website or by phone. You can also go to the testing center without scheduling an appointment.
Please note that appointments take priority over walk-ins.
You can view the estimated cost of your tests on the Quest website or over the phone. You can purchase several tests at a time online for reduced costs.
Bring with you
Photo identification that shows your first name, last name, and date of birth (e.g: a driver's license, government-issued photo ID, passport, or Green Card).
Current health insurance information, if relevant.
Credit, debit, or health savings card. You will be asked to preauthorize payment for any balance due after your insurance is billed.
After the test
After you’ve performed your test, you will receive the results directly via the Antidote platform within approximately 2-5 business days, depending on your test.
Once you’ve received the results, we encourage you to schedule an appointment with us, to review them with a clinician.
Prefer a generic lab referral?
If you would prefer a generic lab referral, which you can use at any lab facility, please select “Get generic referral” under your Quest referral on the side menu of the Antidote platform.
