  • Build HR practices that support growth. Partner with the VP of HR to develop, implement, and improve programs that meet evolving business needs. Introduce consistency and structure while keeping practices practical and easy to use.
  • Strengthen the employee experience across locations. Support onboarding, engagement, and culture initiatives that help employees connect, contribute, and succeed. Coordinate with relevant partners on local requirements and company-wide initiatives.
  • Bring insight to people decisions. Analyze patterns in attrition, hiring, and engagement. Translate findings and employee feedback into actionable recommendations for leaders.
  • Improve how HR works. Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, strengthen HR systems, and reduce repetitive work, including through thoughtful use of automation and AI.
