Individual Subscription:

Includes: 12 Doctor visits for acute and primary care needs and telehealth permitted prescriptions during the Subscription Year.

Beginning with the 13th visit, each subsequent visit during that Subscription Year is subject to a fee of $15.

Individual Subscription Plus:

Additional benefit: Acute and Primary Care Drugs that are included on the list of Subscription Included Drugs, prescribed by our doctors during Your Subscription period (up to $100 per Subscription Year).

Family Subscription:

Unlimited family members (spouse, grandparent, children)

Includes an option for children under the age of 18 - Child mobile App that enables the child to participate on a call with a doctor.

Personal Family Doctor

Includes: 20 Doctor visits for acute and primary care needs and telehealth permitted prescriptions, for your whole family, during the Subscription Year.

Beginning with the 21st visit, each subsequent visit during that Subscription Year is subject to a fee of $15.

Family Subscription Plus:

Additional benefit: Acute and Primary Care Drugs that are included on the list of Subscription Included Drugs, prescribed by our doctors during Your Subscription period (up to $150 per Subscription Year).  

Personal Family Doctor: If You are subscribed to our Family Plans (Family Subscription, Family Subscription Plus), You will be able to choose a personal family doctor to treat Your family, from a list of experienced and professional physicians offered. Choosing a designated doctor will not prohibit You from choosing to see any other physician when using our services.

Drugs included in the Subscription Plus:

Our Subscription Plus Plans (Individual Subscription Plus and Family Subscription Plus) include Acute and Primary Care Drugs, up to the limit as set in each plan.

If a physician prescribes You with Primary Care Drugs that are included on the list of Subscription Included Drugs, the Antidote platform will create and activate a virtual Debit Card for you with funds of up to $15 per prescription. The funds are assigned to your personal Antidote Debit Card and will expire after 10 days. You can use the Antidote Debit Card for the prescription transactions only.
