About the Company

Antidote Health is a tech-driven health insurance company on a mission to make healthcare easy, accessible, and more affordable. We're rethinking how healthcare works—using technology to remove the friction, complexity, and delays that define the traditional system. Instead of navigating paperwork, long waits, and disconnected experiences, we're building a simpler, more connected way for people to get care.

Our platform combines health coverage, virtual care, and a modern member experience into one seamless system designed to help people actually use their benefits.

We offer Affordable Care Act (ACA) health plans in Arizona and Ohio, and we're growing quickly. We're building a company focused on solving real problems—with real impact on people's lives.

Position Overview

We're hiring a Head of Salesforce & Technical Product Management to lead two of the most leveraged product areas at Antidote: our Salesforce platform and the technical infrastructure services that power product development across the company.

On the Salesforce side, you'll own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the platform that runs our member and broker support operations — treating Salesforce as a product with internal users, measurable outcomes, and a deliberate evolution path. You'll build and lead an international team of Salesforce developers and an administrator to deliver against that roadmap.

On the infrastructure side, you'll act as technical product manager for our Israel-based infrastructure team, shaping shared services — APIs, integrations, data services, and core platform capabilities — as internal products that other development teams consume as they build out Antidote's products. You'll treat developers and internal teams as customers, anchoring infrastructure investment to user needs, adoption, and delivery speed rather than technical output.

This is a strategic role with hands-on expectations: you'll set direction, ruthlessly prioritize, and stay close enough to the work to make sound technical trade-offs.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Product Leadership
  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Antidote's Salesforce platform, aligned to business goals and stakeholder priorities
  • Maintain and ruthlessly prioritize the platform backlog, balancing new capabilities, operational improvements, and technical debt
  • Translate business requirements from Support, Operations, Compliance, and Growth into clear, buildable requirements for your team
  • Drive measurable improvements in support operations — visibility, efficiency, and a consistent experience across service channels
  • Evaluate emerging use cases and guide them from pilot to operationalized capability
  • Manage Salesforce consulting partners and vendors against scoped deliverables, timelines, and quality
Technical Infrastructure Product Management
  • Serve as product manager for shared infrastructure services built by our infrastructure team — defining what gets built, for whom, and why
  • Gather requirements from internal development teams and translate them into a prioritized infrastructure roadmap
  • Champion internal developer experience: reduce friction, improve reliability and reusability of shared services, and accelerate product delivery across teams
  • Establish adoption, reliability, and productivity metrics that demonstrate the value of infrastructure investment
  • Provide input on architecture and build-vs-buy decisions so platform capabilities align with product strategy
  • Coordinate dependencies between infrastructure work and product team roadmaps
Team Leadership & Delivery
  • Hire, lead, and mentor an international team of Salesforce developers and a Salesforce administrator
  • Select and manage a short-term Salesforce partner to maintain delivery momentum while the team is built
  • Establish delivery discipline: agile cadence, environment and release management, testing standards, and documentation
  • Partner daily with the Israel-based infrastructure team across time zones
  • Communicate roadmaps, trade-offs, and progress crisply to executives and stakeholders

Qualifications

Required
  • 8+ years in product management with significant technical product or platform ownership, including 2+ years leading teams
  • Hands-on experience managing Salesforce as an enterprise platform — Service Cloud at minimum; roadmap ownership, not just administration
  • Experience product-managing internal platforms, APIs, or infrastructure services with developers and internal teams as your customers
  • Strong technical fluency — comfortable in architecture, API, data model, and integration discussions and able to make informed trade-offs
  • Track record of disciplined prioritization across competing stakeholder demands
  • Experience leading distributed or international teams and managing external partners
  • Excellent communication — equally effective with executives, agents, and engineers
Strongly Preferred
  • Healthcare, insurance, or other regulated/compliance-heavy environment experience, including PHI/HIPAA awareness
  • Experience with Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, or contact center operations
  • Background establishing platform governance, release management, or developer enablement practices
  • Salesforce certifications or a prior engineering/development background
  • Agile/Scrum depth — backlog craft, user stories, acceptance criteria
You Thrive When
  • Switching between strategic roadmapping and detailed technical decisions in the same day
  • Saying no with data — defending priorities against the loudest voice in the room
  • Bringing product discipline to systems and teams that grew organically
  • Making the value of infrastructure work legible to non-technical executives
Success in First 90 Days
  • Within the first 30 days, assess the Salesforce platform and infrastructure service landscape and publish a prioritized roadmap for each
  • Contract a short-term Salesforce consulting partner to deliver against the roadmap while the team is hired
  • Define the Salesforce team structure, open requisitions, and have your first hire(s) in seat or at offer stage
  • Deliver at least one case management quick win in production via the consulting partner (e.g., simplified statuses, routing fix, or queue restructure)
  • Remediate the highest-risk permissions and access issues identified in the assessment
  • Stand up a lightweight intake and prioritization process for the Israel-based infrastructure team — streamlining how requests reach them — and ship the first improvement through it
  • Take ownership of in-flight vendor workstreams and hold the next deliverable milestone on schedule
Success in 6–12 Months
  • Deliver a meaningfully improved support platform — better visibility, cleaner workflows, consistent cross-channel experience
  • Mature the infrastructure intake process into a full product process — roadmap, adoption metrics, and demonstrated cycle-time improvement
  • Stabilize key integrations between Salesforce and core systems with documented ownership
  • Build a high-performing Salesforce team with clear delivery discipline
  • Demonstrate measurable gains in developer velocity or platform reliability from infrastructure investments

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary range: $215,000-250,000 (commensurate with experience and location)
  • Eligible for equity
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision
  • 401(k)
  • Paid vacation and sick time and company holidays
Company Standards and Expectations
  • Employment is at-will, meaning either the employee or the company may terminate employment at any time, with or without cause, in accordance with applicable law
  • Employees are expected to adhere to all company policies, including confidentiality, data protection, and code of conduct
  • Responsibilities may evolve based on business needs, and flexibility is expected as the company scales
  • Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations is required
