Find a Cool Place, Close to Home.
Cooling centers, respite stations, and hydration sites are open across Arizona during heat advisories. They're free, indoors, and open to the public.

What To Bring to a Cooling Center
When you visit, here's a few things to bring with you:
- A refillable water bottle
- Sun-protective hat and lightweight clothing
- Any daily medications you may need
- Phone and charger to stay connected
- A friend or neighbor who is also at risk
Most cooling centers and hydration stations do not require IDs or proof of residency or citizenship.
